Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we send a confirmation message (WhatsApp / Zalo / email) with your booking code. Payment is due before your first session unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices on the pricing page are inclusive unless explicitly noted as add-ons.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel more than 24 hours before: full refund or session credit, your choice. Cancel within 24 hours: package users lose the session credit; drop-in users forfeit 50%. Coach cancellation: no session deducted, full reschedule on us.
What we provide
Court access for your booked time, an English-ready coach matched to your level, water on the bench, and a demo racket on request. We do not provide tournament prize coverage, equipment insurance, or transportation to the court.
Liability
Tennis is a physical activity with normal risk of injury. By booking you confirm you are fit to play and you assume that risk. Our liability is limited to refunding your most recent session fee. We carry standard premises insurance through partner courts.
Conduct
We expect mutual respect between learners, coaches, and partners. Repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, or harassment of staff are grounds for terminating a package without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active customers. Continued use of the service after notice indicates acceptance.
