What we collect
When you book a session or send an inquiry, we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), the rating you self-report, and any notes you share. When you log in to a customer account, we also store your hashed password.
How we use it
We use this information only to (1) confirm and run your sessions, (2) message you reminders before each session, and (3) reply to inquiries. We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers on our site, or share your contact details outside our coaching team.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on servers we operate directly in Vietnam, with daily encrypted backups. Booking notifications travel via Telegram (admin) and Brevo email (you, when you provide an email). WhatsApp and Zalo messages travel through their respective platforms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we store about you, or request deletion, by emailing hello@topspinlab.vn. We respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for two things only: keeping you signed in (the auth cookie) and remembering your language + segment choice (so you don't have to pick again). We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics, when enabled, runs cookie-free.
