How the math works — example month
A 31-day month with 2 sessions/week doesn't always = 8 sessions. Here's May 2026:

- • Cancel <4h ahead or no-show: 100% session charge into invoice.
- • Club/coach/weather cancels: 0đ + 1 free session voucher (compensation).
- • Self-service cancel not yet enabled — concierge handles every case manually.
FAQ
When does the invoice arrive?
The 1st of every month, covering the previous month. Auto-generated then reviewed by concierge before sending.
What if I have a long trip and won't play?
Tell the concierge in advance. They'll pause your schedule. Sessions not played = not invoiced.
Can I use vouchers?
Yes — vouchers (credit type) apply at invoice review step. Max 1 voucher per invoice. Apply to total amount.
