• Pack expires 1 month after purchase; if make-up sessions remain unscheduled, you get 30 extra days to complete them.

Why is Pack 10 not discounted?

Pack 10 plays the role of "pay-upfront for the month", not a discount tier. Use Pack 20 if you want savings.

Can I extend if I don't finish in 1 month?

Concierge can extend +30 days once per pack for make-up coverage, but standard sessions must be played within the original validity.

Can I use a voucher?

Yes — credit vouchers (or vouchers with applicableTo=pack-purchase or any) reduce the pack price. Max 1 voucher per purchase.
