General rules

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead

  • Package: Session credit returned — no sessions deducted.
  • Drop-in / single session: Full refund.

Cancelling within 24 hours

  • Package: 1 session deducted.
  • Drop-in / single session: 50% of session fee forfeited.

Coach cancels

If your coach cancels for personal reasons: your session credit is kept. Your Concierge will contact you within 30 minutes to arrange a substitute coach or alternative time.

International Players — different window

The safe cancellation window for IP clients is 4 hours before the session (not 24 hours). Reason: expats often have unpredictable corporate schedules.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if done more than 4 hours ahead. New slot must be available and within 30 days. Use /booking/reschedule or message us on Zalo/WhatsApp.
