What packages are available?

3 main packages for working professionals: Starter (5 sessions), Pro (12), Elite (24). International players have Drop-in, 3-Pack, 5-Pack, 10-Pack. Kids enroll in 2 or 3-month terms.

I don't know my level — how do I book?

Use the self-assessment quiz at /ratings to get a starting band. Your coach will calibrate your official Vinh Infinity rating in your first session.

Do coaches speak English?

Coaches speak basic tennis English (50 technical terms). Your Concierge is fluent in English and handles all communication — booking, payment, post-session feedback.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel > 24h before: full refund / session credit returned. Cancel within 24h: lose 1 session (package) or forfeit 50% (drop-in). International Players: the safe window is 4 hours. Full details at /policy/cancellation.

Can I transfer my package to someone else?

Yes, with a transfer fee of ~$8 for profile update and reassessment. Message us on Zalo.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, VNPay, Momo, or installments via partner. Lazada/Shopee vouchers are also valid (send the code to admin).

Can I train outside the suggested hours?

Yes. Coaches are flexible morning, afternoon, and evening. Some courts have restrictions — we'll let you know when booking.

What age can kids start?

From age 5. Kids train in groups of 4 at the same level, 2 sessions per week. Parents receive weekly progress reports via Zalo or WhatsApp.

I just arrived in Saigon — how do I get started?

Message your Concierge on WhatsApp — we'll match a coach to your level, book the court, and have a demo racket ready if you need one. Nothing to prepare in advance.

What if my coach cancels?

If your coach cancels: you keep the session credit. Your Concierge will contact you within 30 minutes to arrange a substitute coach or reschedule.
